Miss Stacy's I've Got This™

Meet Miss Stacy.

Certified school psychologist. Bestselling author. Coach. And the person behind the belief that every child already has what it takes — they just need the tools to find it.

Miss Stacy, author and coach

Stacy Fiorile- From School Psychologist to Coach! I meet your coaching needs outside of the school and therapy rooms. Sometimes you need more then the school has to offer but you don't need therapeutic interventions...at least not yet. That's where I come in. I bridge that gap and fill that need. Nothing complicated. And if you find you need more that what I can offer I am happy to make outside recommendations.

I've spent more than two decades inside the world of children — not observing it from the outside, but in it. In the classrooms, the therapy rooms, the testing rooms, and across the table at child study team meetings where parents sat hoping someone would finally help.

I started where most people don't — as a substitute teacher, then an assistant teacher, then a classroom teacher. I learned what it actually looks like when a child is struggling, not from a textbook, but from being in the room. From there I went on to earn a CACREP-accredited master's degree in counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study, becoming a nationally certified school psychologist. I also successfully passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE), a national examination used as part of the professorial counselor licensure process. I've worked across public and private schools, therapeutic settings, clinics, and private practice — with children as young as two and as old as twenty-one. Today, I bring that education, training, ad experience into my work as a coach. My coaching services are educational and coaching-based and are not psychotherapy, mental health counselling, diagnosis, or treatment.

I've spent countless hours testing children, counseling children, consulting with teachers inside the classroom where learning takes place and friendships are created (or not) and finally, sitting across the table from parents at child study team meetings — helping families understand what their child needs and how to help them get there. I know what goes on in that lunchroom and on those playgrounds. I've seen the fear on a parent's face. I've felt the relief when something finally clicks. I've been in the room for both the tears and the breakthroughs.

I come to you now as a coach — not as a therapist or school psychologist. But I bring everything I know and everything I've lived with me. That depth is what shapes every program, every conversation, and every tool I put in a child's hands.

I'm also the co-author of Scaredies Away — A Kid's Guide to Overcoming Worry and Anxiety (made simple), a book born directly from that work. It became the foundation for everything I do now.

The Approach

Tools, not just talk.

Every program I offer is built around one belief: children don't need to be fixed. They need to be equipped. My approach is practical, family-centered, and always focused on building the internal confidence that lasts long after our work together ends.

Simple by Design

Complex ideas translated into language and tools that children actually understand and use. No jargon. No overwhelm. Just clarity.

Family-Centered

Parents are part of every experience. When you understand the tools your child is learning, you can reinforce them at home — and begin to step back with confidence.

Coaching, Not Clinical

This is educational coaching and skill-building — not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. It's designed to complement what families are already doing, and to refer when more is needed.
